Inquiry data, handled with care.

When you send a product inquiry, Canamade records the contact details, message, selected pieces, quantities, and quote currency you provide. We use this information only to review and respond to your request.

Access and sharing

Access is restricted to authorized staff handling product and wholesale inquiries. We do not use inquiry details for advertising or sell them. Our email and hosting providers process data only to operate this service.

Retention

Closed inquiries are retained for up to 12 months by default, then deleted through the service retention job. A different legally required period may apply when a quote becomes part of a business record.

Your choices

You can ask the Canamade team responding to your inquiry to correct or delete your contact information. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the message field.
